 Executive Chef | Franco Vitella started his culinary career at his parents Milan restaurant, Girasole. At the age of eight-years old he was pouring wine for customers with a towel over his arm Today, Chef Franco's magical food creations have taken New York events by storm. A background in art, and studying at New York's SVA increased his ability to develop some of the most trendsetting ideas in catering today. Chef | Ally Vitella has created some of New York's trendsetting food displays, hors d'oeuvres, and plated entrees. Ally also appears on Food Network's Fat Chef on Thursdays at 9pm ET. Chef | Carmella Vitella aka Nonna, started cooking on her farm in Italy at the early age of nine years old. She still grows the catering company's herbs and vegetables in her garden.
